- 跨裝置資料同步（iOS 與 Android）
2. 帳號責任
- 您需提供正確的電子信箱以建立帳號
- 您有責任維護帳號的安全性
- 請勿與他人分享登入資訊
- 如發現未授權使用，請立即通知我們
3. 使用規範
使用本服務時，您同意不會：
- 發布違法、騷擾、誹謗或仇恨性內容
- 未經授權收集或使用他人個人資料
- 干擾或破壞本服務的運作
- 進行任何可能損害其他用戶的行為
4. 智慧財產權
本應用程式的設計、程式碼和內容為禾軒有限公司所有。您上傳的個人內容（家族資料、照片、訊息等）仍歸您所有。
5. 免責聲明
- 本服務以「現狀」提供，不保證服務不中斷或無錯誤
- 我們不對因使用本服務造成的資料遺失負責
- 建議您定期匯出重要的家族資料作為備份
6. 服務變更與終止
我們保留修改或終止服務的權利。重大變更將提前通知用戶。

本條款受中華民國法律管轄。
Welcome to Kith&Kin (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.

Kith&Kin is a family and friend relationship management app that provides the following features:
- Create and manage circles
- Real-time group chat and direct messages
- Family feed (announcements, events, polls, safety checks, etc.)
- Invite members via QR code
- Cross-device data sync (iOS and Android)
2. Account Responsibility
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Do not share your login credentials with others
- If you discover unauthorized use, please notify us immediately
3. Usage Rules
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Post illegal, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content
- Collect or use others' personal data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
- Engage in any conduct that may harm other users
4. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and content of the App are owned by Hershan Co., Ltd. Personal content you upload (family data, photos, messages, etc.) remains yours.
5. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not responsible for data loss resulting from use of the Service
- We recommend regularly exporting important family data as a backup
6. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
